Buenos Días a Todos
First off, the garden is looking beautiful. This is thanks to all of the wonderful people who have been willing to lend a caring hand. Look at how far all those itty-bitty seeds have come.
Por el punto primario, el jardín esta bien hermoso! Es la falta de todas las personas quien nos dieron el mano a cuidar al jardín. Y mira! Todas los semillas estan crecidos y bonitos.
Melody has harvested Kale and will be bringing it to tomorrows garden meeting prepared and ready to be savored. Please come by to join in on the fun. Saturday July 24, 5-7pm

Melody, Kathleen, Julie and Sylvia had a successful meeting on Tuesday July 20. The specifics to roles/positions held in the committee were addressed and clarified. There was fun had talking over the future of the garden. Such ideas were presented as to paint a mural on the back of the 3405 building. These are the very preliminary stages of discussion. It would be great to hear from anyone who has an creative juices that they would like to supply us with. Or if anyone knows where to find it. Conversation was also had over the idea to have Open Eye theater come through and preform a piece utilizing our garden space. It would be wonderful to use this as an opportunity to spread the beauty of learning to nurture a garden and how great that is for a community! There is tons of year long fun and learning. The reward comes everyday as we get to watch our seeds turn to plants.
Melody, Kathleen, Julie y Sylvia tuvieron una reunion bien informada en el martes del 20 del junio. Specificamente, ellas hablaron de los papeles y los responsibilidades y specifcaciones de cada uno de ellos. Ellas disfrutaban hablando de la futura del jardin. Algunas ideas fue: hacer un mural en el pared atras del Cafe, y tener una programa de theatro con un grupo que se llama Open Eye Theater. Queremos hablar mas con todos sobre estas ideas. Será bueno a utilizar estas programs (mural y Open Eye) a desarollar nuestro apoyo y los miembros del jardin. Siga disfrutando el jadin y todos los regales que nos ofreca.
